The purpose of Kay Trust is to financially assist children, primarily from the general Santa Cruz County area, with their camp registration fees.
Kay Trust is a non-profit foundation administered by Twin Lakes Church. Its primary purpose is to provide scholarships for recreational, resident and day camps to minor children (17 years of age and under).
To carry out these purposes, the trustee utilizes trust assets for scholarships to the currently established partners listed below. Financial need is based on the current HUD guidelines for low-income families in Santa Cruz County (www.hudusers.org). If your child or a child you know would benefit from attending programs provided by one of the established partners, go to their website and/or contact the camp administrator for an application form. See link for this form at the bottom of this page.
Once you have completed the scholarship application, please return the completed form and “proof of income” to the camp administrator or send to the following address:
