Here at Twin Lakes Church we have Child Dedications twice a year (once in October and on Mother's Day weekend). The dedication of children shouldn't be confused with the child's salvation or baptism. The dedication of an infant by its parents is primarily for the benefit of the parents who are under obligation to inform their child of this when they publicly present the child to the Lord in the presence of the congregation.
