The purpose of Kay Trust is to financially assist children, primarily from the general Santa Cruz County area, with their camp registration fees.
Kay Trust is a non-profit foundation administered by Twin Lakes Church. Its primary purpose is to provide scholarships for recreational, resident and day camps to minor children (17 years of age and under).
To carry out these purposes, the trustee utilizes trust assets for scholarships to the currently established partners listed below. Financial need is based on the current HUD guidelines for low-income families in Santa Cruz County.

If your child or a child you know would benefit from attending programs provided by one of the established partners, complete an application (below) contact the camp administrator to see if they have space available in their camp and inform them you have filled out an application for Kay Trust. See links for scholarship forms at the bottom of this page.
Once you have completed the scholarship application, please press submit if it is online or return the completed paper form and “proof of income” to the camp administrator or send to the following address:
