The purpose of Kay Trust is to financially assist children, primarily from the Santa Cruz County-Watsonville/CA area, with their camp registration fees.
Kay Trust is a non-profit foundation administered by Twin Lakes Church. Its primary purpose is to provide scholarships for recreational, resident, and day camps to minor children (17 years of age and under) and differently-abled children (25 years of age and under).
The trustee utilizes trust assets for scholarships to the currently established partners listed below to carry out these purposes. Financial need is based on the Fiscal Year 2025 HUD Income Guidelines for Santa Cruz County/Watsonville, CA families.

How do I apply?
If your child, would benefit from attending a camp provided by one of the established partners:
1. Complete a scholarship application (link below).
2. Contact the camp and see if they have space available in their camp and complete their application process.
3. Inform that camp that you have filled out an application for Kay Trust (Kay Trust will contact them directly after approved)
Once you have completed the online Kay Trust scholarship application, please press submit. If it is not online, return the completed paper form (pdf) and “proof of income” to the following address:
