In Luke 1:78,79 Zechariah is singing a song of joy about his son John, who would become the famous John the Baptist and prepare the way for Jesus’ ministry. In her song based on these verses, Elizabeth asks God to guide our feet into the path of peace.

The world needs people who are determined to walk a path of peace! We also need to be people of peace for our own spiritual health. Sometimes the circumstances we face seem to call for fear or dread.
